| I started my collection after reading of two
Japanese books with the theme 'Paintings on Stamps'. The printings of the stamps are colourfull
and the books includes the whole period of arts. From the ancient
to the modern arts. There is only one little problem.
I can't read the books because the books are written in the language
of his own country. So I decided to collect the stamps for my own

| Painter Highlight On the 'Painter Highlight' page will be show a painter who is maybe not the famous guy but who is a very great artist. You will find a summary list of his work and pictures of the stamps. In the list there are only the one which I have collected or have noticed. Of course there are much mo're stamps and in the future the missing stamps will appending on the summary list. |

In the early years his style was based on cubism and magic realisme, then he looks to post-impressionisme and para-expressionisme, but he became a master of mistery and surrealism. The technique which he used are lithography, sculpture, wallpainting, gouache and oilpainting. |  |
 | Styles & Movements The 'styles & movements' page is reserved for some periodes in the world of paintings. Such as: Rock carvings, Caves paintings, Fresco's, Madonna's, Romanesque, Gothic, Renaissance, Baroque & Rococo, Classicism & Romanticism, Realism, Impressionism, Art deco, Abstract, Expressionism and Surrealism paintings. In the future I will add more movements such as African, American, Chinese, Indian, Islam, Japanese, etc. |

Mainly I will complete the series and mostly I have to do is appending new incomplete series. If you will swap stamps please send an e-mail to me. |
